IFM is a not-for-profit fuel procurement company established in 1994, in a spirit of mutuality, by a number of Catholic dioceses within England. It currently procures 100% renewable electricity from wind and hydro, and carbon neutral gas for over 5500 parish and diocesan sites.
In collaboration with Churchmarketplace (CMP), it is currently engaged in building a public sector compliant energy buying group for Catholic Educational Establishments offering green, brown or mixed contracts as half-hourly electricity supplies, non half-hourly electricity supplies, mains gas supplies, biomass and oil supplies.
